O R D E R:

In terms of G.Os 1^st and 2^nd read above and also as per Rule 10(a) A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, the Superintendents (ZPP/MPP), Extension Officers (PR & RD) and Extension Officers (PR & RD) Gr.I of Multi Zone.I&II are hereby appointed as Mandal Parishad Development Officers on temporary/Adhoc basis in the time scale of Rs.16150-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110-570-21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-42590 and allotted to the District mentioned against their name in the vacancies caused due to deputations/long leaves etc., as per the orders issued by the Government vide Memo 3^rd read above with the following conditions.

a. That the appointment is purely temporary / adhoc and is likely to be reverted back to his/her respective feeder category at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons, as and when administrative exigency arises.

b. The individuals shall not be regarded as “probationer” and not eligible to claim seniority in the cadre of MPDO.

c. The names of the individuals shall be placed before the ensuing DPCs for selection and appointment as MPDOs on regular basis as per the vacancies arising during the panel years as and when their turn comes based on the seniority and merit in their respective feeder category.

d. The individuals are eligible for fixation of pay in the cadre of MPDO respectively from the date of joining as MPDO appointed temporarily.

e. The cadre controlling authorities, concerned, are requested not to serve the appointment orders to the individual if any charges/disciplinary cases/ Vigilance/A.C.B.Cases/ are pending, or undergoing punishment if any. In the said event the original order shall be returned to this office immediately.

f. That the appointment of the individual is subject to the result of the court cases/Appeals pending, if any, in the Hon`ble A.P.A.T./High Court of A.P/ Supreme Court of India or before Government.

g. According to rule 11 (b) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, the above appointee is hereby allowed to join as Mandal Parishad Development Officer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If he/she fails to join the new post within the above stipulated time or evades to join the post by proceeding on leave/he/she shall forfeit his/her right of appointment.

The Chief Executive Officers, ZPP/District Panchayat Officers concerned are requested to obtain an undertaking (copy enclosed) from the candidates who are now promoted before issuing appointment orders to them and furnish the same to this Office.

The Chief Executive Officers, ZPP/District Panchayat Officers concerned are informed that they shall continue the individuals in same Mandal Praja Parishad, where he/she is presently working as MPDO on incharge basis and furnish the date of joining of the individual as MPDO (Adhoc) forthwith.
